If we follow the principles of the Dao, or the Way it tells us that the body is a uniquely dynamic, fully integrated system, and thusly should be trained this way. In the five element approach we cultivate the key elements in a holistic and integrated way that support each other. It is often a longer, and slower path, but is far more sustainable and natural. If you focus on developing autonomy, mastery and purpose in the 5 elements you will be well on the path to health and wellness.
