Autonomy - coaching biulds skills that develop confidence, which in turn creates autonomy. We have one session together each week, I need you to be able to practice on your own so we can make progress together.
Mastery - the ultimate goal is to be able to be in tune with your own body and health needs. I want you to be able to master your program!
purpose - i'll help you understand the purpose of each practice, there is always a reason why we do each exercise, practice or skill. I want you to trust the process by understanding the what, why and hows
things to consider before you start a 12 month program
TIME - are you able to commit to weekly online sessions in addition to your own practice.
Are you open to the coaching process. Coaching is more collaborative, where we work together, it requires practice on your behalf to biuld up the skills and habits
COST - this program is not cheap, however consider the cost of dealing with a chronic illness or condition. Exercise as medicine programs can save you money in the long term, and more importantly potential resolve health issues.
BALANCE - this program is about balance, if you feel a connection to nature, to yin and yang, to cultivating all aspects of health, physicals, mental , emotion, and the spirit then this program is for you
