In our practices we aim to unify the breath movement and mind to work together. We then design specific yoga practices that address your health and wellness imbalances. The core practices are ASANA (movement), PRANAYAMA (breathing exercises) and MEDITATION (connecting to who you are) with the goal to develop a deper understanding of self.

Self paced Yoga Therapy, exercise Physiology and Medical Qigong classes and Courses

I've put together a range of self paced programs and courses that you can do at home. The programs are 4 weeks, with a daily practice to follow along with, working a particaulry health condition or goal. The CAFE workouts are individual standalone classes and practices that integraet yoga, Qigong and functional movement, all aimed at promoting CALM, ALERTNESS, FOCUS and ENERGY

Each season /quarter I release a follow along class of Qigong, Pilates, Yin Yoga, Yoga and a Café workout which is an integration of Qigong, Yoga, and functional movement tp promote Calm, Alertness, Focus and Energy
