twenty years ago when i had chronic Fatigue syndrome i was basically told there was nothing wrong with me and i was making it up. Well 6 months of qigong practice sorted me out and i was back to my old self. Put simply there are some conditions that western medical approaches simply suc at. Due to my background I appracaite that not every condition is simply one thing, often there's a whole series of issues, that may or may not be diagnosed. when i look through the lenses of Chinee medicine or yoga therapy it is very clear to me there is more than one way. I love helping folks figure out what works best for them.

Modern technology is amazing, and we can now do really effective online exercise Physiology sessions using Zoom or Facetime. At first I wasn't a fan of online, but after i got used to the new format, its now how I primarily work with clients both in Australia and overseas. I love the flexibility it offers my clients, and opens up tons of scope to go deep and make real change.
