It is possible to easily slow your breathing rate form 16 breaths per minute, to 5 breath per minute with a little practice

If you have a medical condition like Asthma. COPD, or Emphysema then its a good idea to check in with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Having said that, Breathe Easy includes many exercises i use with 1-2-1 clients who have breathing difficulties, including COPD, and ASTHMA. If unsure I'm always happy to do a 1-2-1 session initially, to see if Breathe Easy is suitable, or weather a more individually tailored program is more suitable.
Yes, I've designed this program for the absolute beginner to breathing exercises. I'll step you through each lesson, and if you have questions along the way I'm happy to help
Each lesson takes between 30 - 45 minutes. There are 20 lessons in total, over a 4 week period. You'll need to complete each lesson before getting acces to the next days lesson. You get 2 days off each week for self practice.

I always recommend that you check with your doctor before starting any exercise program if you have an existing injury. In my 25 years as an exercise physiologist working with a lot of lower back pain cases, it is my observation that learning how too breath correctly is vital to help resolve the problem. The exercises in Breath Easy are low intensity, self paced and gentle which allow plenty of space to adjust and modify along the way.
all you will need is a good internet connection, and a mobile device, tablet, computer to stream the lessons. You'll also need a small area to practice in, a yoga matt, cushion bolster/chair. all the exercise are done either on the floor (back, tummy, hands and knees) and seated (chair or bolster.).
