This is a Hybrid Course where we will meet togterh for 5 days at Eurobodalla botanic Gardens batemans Bay, and then continue with online lessons
5 Day Yin Yoga Therapy Immersion Training
Date: 28th August - 1st September 2024
Location: Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens - Deep Creek Dam Rd, Batemans Bay NSW 2536
Time: 9am -4 pm
The Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens is located a short 5 min drive from Batemans bay CBD. There is plenty of free all day parking, with the Mossy café being available for coffee and food ect.
Accommodation: you will need to arrange your own private accommodation with plenty of Air Bnbs and hotels in the area to pick from.

No, you do not need a previous yoga teacher to join our training. This is an initial 200 hour training, we will teach you all the things you need to know in how to practice and run a class of yin yoga with a therapeutic focus.
Qigong is a Traditional Chinese exercise style which is the skill of integrating breath, movement with mental skills of focus, concentration and relaxation to cultivate Qi flow. Qigong and yin yoga both employ the five element theory, mediation and energy work. Qigong has a rich history with well established principle of practice which we use in Yin Yoga Training.
Yes. To attain a certificate of completion you will need to complete online quiz's, participate in Yin Yoga Practices, attend 90% of sessions and design and deliver a Yin Yoga class. We will provide you more details once enrolled, however we are here to support you and help foster your development as a teacher and practitioner.
Yes, absolutely. Many people enjoy attending Yoga training for personal development and growth, and we certainly encourage this. There is something really special about attending immersions and you can learn a lot in a short amount if time by simply experiencing the practice.
Yes, all out online lessons will be recorded and be made available to students to watch. Only students will have access and at no time will the recordings be available publicly. we will be using the Zoom platform.
