Pranayama for Stress and Anxiety Starts Thursday 6th October 10am for 6 weeks Livestream or OnDemand In this Pranayama 6 week course we will be practicing Yoga breathing (pranayama) techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. There's is a powerful connection to how we breath and the nervous system, and once we learn the correct breathing techniques we can directly influence the state of your nervous system. The yogis figured out these breathing exercises 1000s of years ago, and they apply today, particularly in our very fast paced, and stressful culture. In fact stress is one of the key underlying causes of many health conditions, being linked to pretty much all chronic health conditions yeah..its a big deal That's ok, the actual yoga breathing techniques are surprisingly simple to learn and practice, it just takes a bit of commitment to practice daily to rally get the results. Over the 6 week course I'll teach you the yoga breathing techniques, and explore the causes of stress from the lenses of the Kleshas (ignorance, attachment, ego, aversion, and fear)
